Our minimum order quantity is 25 pieces
For repeat orders placed after the initial bulk delivery, a minimum order of 5 pieces is required, along with a small surcharge. For any special requests or exceptions, please contact us at customerservice@ekwear.com.au
EKwear offers a free, no-obligation sample of your design. It will be delivered within 4 weeks, and there’s no commitment to place an order afterward. If the sample doesn’t meet your expectations, you’re free to walk away with no further obligation.
You can make changes to the design before production begins. We recommend ordering the sample early so you can display it at your school, helping to encourage students to submit their payments and nickname choices. There is no set deadline for starting mass production after receiving the sample.
